That doesn’t always include the builder thinking of the homeowner’s personal space. Say your a married couple and your bathroom originally came with one sink. Your wife wants two sinks for her getting ready time. That would be a great reason to start a remodel.

When a homeowner has an issue many times they just call a repairman. Sometimes, they will find the fix. Other times a repair can be like putting a bandaid on a wound that needs surgery. Other issues like molding can become such and issue that a complete remodel is necessary for the homeowner health.

Older homes that owners purchase with the idea to one day flip and sale are going to want the bathroom’s to be pristine. Many times old bathroom will have quirky appliances and fixtures that can become worn down or are placed in odd areas. Older style bathrooms were also not designed for someone who lives with physical issues.
